Unique Rope Art Inspired Fashion - Statement Pieces

FIGURE OF A was born from the talent of Anna Kii, Shibari artist and fashion designer.

An aesthetic, sensual and modern collection of accessories inspired by Japanese bondage, to be worn daily or in the evening over a more fetish outfit.

Each piece is made to order, using top quality leather and waxed cotton cord, made to measure, by hand by the designer in London.

Inspired by the historic "Cat-O-Nine-Tails" punishment whip and tied using Shibari bondage techniques, this charms is a miniature version of the traditional whip.

The rope is exquisitely finished with metal spikes and attaches to your bag or harness with a carabiner ring .

This part is an accessory and is not recommended for high-impact play.

In Japanese, the word "shibari" means "to bind". The contemporary meaning of the word describes an artistic form of bondage.

Originating from the ancient martial art Hojojutsu and the artist, Shunga, torture of Seiu Ito, Shibari was popularized in Japanese erotic magazines in the 1950s. Nowadays, it is a form of aesthetic bondage practiced all over the world, also called Kinbaku.

Traditionally, lengths of natural fibre rope of 5, 6 or 8 mm in diameter are used. The geometric patterns made with the rope contrast beautifully with the natural curves of the body.

The ligature experience is always a collaboration between the "rigger" and the model, the result of which can explore notions of visual beauty, sexuality, power exchange, relaxation and challenges of the body.

Creations made by designers at Brigade Mondaine's request (Qrucifix, Una Burke, Fräulein Kink, Crystal Eyez, FIGURE OF A and HERVÉ by Céline Marie) or any other item indicated on the product sheet as such, are neither returned nor exchanged nor refundable, once the order has been finalized by the Customer. We strongly advise you to come and try on these prestigious brands.

Products in SALE - OUTLET are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable once the order has been finalized by the customer. These products are heavily discounted and automatically sealed before shipment to the customer.

Gift packaging are neither returned nor exchanged. LIMITED EDITION event products cannot be returned or exchanged. SETS Brigade Mondaine cannot be returned or exchanged.
