Maintenance recommendations

We advise you to store your jewelry in a box or bag, away from humidity and air in a dry and dark place.

Avoid direct contact with corrosive agents such as soap, cream, perspiration, water, sun, heat, oils, perfume, make-up, lacquer and other chemicals. Do not wear your jewelry in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, sea or when bathing or showering.

To clean your jewellery, rub it with a soft dry cloth before storing it.

Remember that your jewelry is the last thing you put on and the last thing you take off.

Creations made by designers at Brigade Mondaine's request (Qrucifix, Una Burke, Fräulein Kink, Crystal Eyez, FIGURE OF A and HERVÉ by Céline Marie) or any other item indicated on the product sheet as such, are neither returned nor exchanged nor refundable, once the order has been finalized by the Customer. We strongly advise you to come and try on these prestigious brands.

Products in SALE - OUTLET are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable once the order has been finalized by the customer. These products are heavily discounted and automatically sealed before shipment to the customer.
