Maintenance instructions :

To ensure the longevity of your lingerie, we suggest washing your underwear by hand in lukewarm water with natural soaps. Lay flat on a dry towel or hang to dry.
Please always dry your pieces in the shade and store them in a dark place, away from direct/indirect sunlight, as UV rays can cause discoloration. Please note that the dye may give back pigment when first washed.

All zamak components are washable. However, we recommend removing the tabs from the ends of the straps, as water may stain them.

The Renaissance Woman - Classic and bondage lingerie pieces where elegance and durability work, made from surplus materials and eco-friendly dyes (plant-based Eco Pigments). Each piece is hand-madein the UK. Qrucifix uses components made of 18-carat gold-plated zamac. Zamak is completely non-allergenic and washable. Crystals are sourced from Swarovski®

The lingerie brand has chosen to use only cruelty-free and ethically sourced materials for its collections; excluding fur, leather, wool and even silks. For colors, the brand turned to nature to find a long-term solution for its dyes that effectively reduces wastewater and environmental footprint.

The Venus belt is an iconic creation inspired by feminine grace, beauty and fertility. This exquisite chain is a decadent masterpiece that will enhance any outfit with its eye-catching, elegant design. Made from high-quality gold-plated stainless steel, the Venus chain features a cross-shaped freshwater pearl pendant with gold-plated edges and a removable stainless steel sword, all complemented by 18-carat gold-plated stainless steel spring clasps. Each Venus belt is made in the brand's ethical studio in the UK.

The Brigade Mondaine accepts the return of the products, only and only if, these last ones do not comprise any trace of dirtiness, odor or any other mark of use. The Brigade Mondaine thus reserves the right to refuse a product considered as not resaleable in the state. The Brigade Mondaine is the only one to be able to note the state of these products and its opinion is authentic. In the case of a refusal of the return for reason of products become unsuitable for the resale, the articles will then be forwarded as is to the customer, only after payment of the forwarding expenses by the customer.

Creations made by designers at Brigade Mondaine's request (Qrucifix, Una Burke, Fräulein Kink, Crystal Eyez, FIGURE OF A and HERVÉ by Céline Marie) or any other item indicated on the product sheet as such, are neither returned nor exchanged nor refundable, once the order has been finalized by the Customer. We strongly advise you to come and try on these prestigious brands.

Products in SALE - OUTLET are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable once the order has been finalized by the customer. These products are heavily discounted and automatically sealed before shipment to the customer.

Gift packaging are neither returned nor exchanged. LIMITED EDITION event products cannot be returned or exchanged. SETS Brigade Mondaine cannot be returned or exchanged.
