Maintenance instructions :

To ensure the longevity of your lingerie, we suggest washing your underwear by hand in lukewarm water with natural soaps. Lay flat on a dry towel or hang to dry.
Please always dry your pieces in the shade and store them in a dark place, away from direct/indirect sunlight, as UV rays can cause discoloration. Please note that the dye may give back pigment when first washed.

All zamak components are washable. However, we recommend removing the tabs from the ends of the straps, as water may stain them.

"Crucifying and repairing fashion's bad habits", Renata has imagined and built her lingerie brand with goldsmith's precision. The Renaissance Woman - Classic and bondage lingerie pieces where elegance and durability work, made from surplus materials and eco-friendly dyes (plant-based Eco Pigments). Each piece is hand-madein the UK. Qrucifix uses components made of 18-carat gold-plated zamac. Zamak is completely non-allergenic and washable. Crystals are sourced from Swarovski®

The lingerie brand has chosen to use only cruelty-free and ethically sourced materials for its collections; excluding fur, leather, wool and even silks. For colors, the brand turned to nature to find a long-term solution for its dyes that effectively reduces wastewater and environmental footprint.

The Carmen choker is a timeless piece designed with simplicity in mind. Made from silky-soft stretch fabric, this fully adjustable choker ensures a perfect fit. Carmen features the signature logo and swan hook for added convenience. Proudly eco-dyed and showcasing the quality craftsmanship of the brand's British studio, the Carmen choker is a testament to enduring luxury and classic style.

Brigade Mondaine does not charge taxes (VAT FR 20%) for customers outside the EU.

To benefit from this, the customer must reside and be delivered outside the EU.

The price list is updated automatically on the order page, as soon as the delivery address is indicated.

We invite you to consult our C.G.V. (Article 4.) in order to know the terms of return and exchange. Pursuant to the provisions of Articles L 121-16 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Hamon Law 2014). The Brigade Mondaine accepts the return of the products, only and only if, these last ones do not comprise any trace of dirtiness, odor or any other mark of use. The Brigade Mondaine thus reserves the right to refuse a product considered as not resaleable in the state. The Brigade Mondaine is the only one to be able to note the state of these products and its opinion is authentic. In the case of a refusal of the return for reason of products become unsuitable for the resale, the articles will then be forwarded as is to the customer, only after payment of the forwarding expenses by the customer.

For obvious hygienic reasons, items such as intimate accessories (plugs, strap-ons, strap-on harnesses, sex toys, rosebuds... ), erotic cosmetics, breast jewelry (nippies, pasties...), foot accessories, stockings and tights, body jewelry or intimate jewelry (such as Fungi - Elica D'Oro, Upko), body harnesses, thongs or body jewelry (such as Lucky Cheeks, Couture de Nuit or Bracli) and all "sexual" products are neither returned nor exchanged nor refundable, once the order has been finalized by the Customer.

Creations made to order by the designers (Qrucifix, Una Burke, Fräulein Kink, Crystal Eyez, FIGURE OF A and HERVÉ by Céline Marie) for Brigade Mondaine, or any other item indicated in the product sheet as such, are neither returned nor exchanged nor refundable, once the order has been finalized by the Customer.

Products in SALE - OUTLET are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable once the order has been finalized by the customer. These products are heavily discounted and automatically sealed before shipment to the customer.

Gift packaging are neither returned nor exchanged. LIMITED EDITION event products cannot be returned or exchanged. SETS Brigade Mondaine cannot be returned or exchanged.
