The spreader bar is a very effective discipline tool when used with ankle and/or wrist cuffs. The entire product is sheathed in leather. The snap hooks attached to the ends allow the attachment of handcuffs. The purpose is to open the legs and arms, creating a nervous sensation of inability to escape or take various desired body positions.
