Pursuant to the provisions of articles L 121-16 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (2014 Hamon law). The Brigade Mondaine accepts the return of the products, only and only if, these last ones do not comprise any trace of dirtiness, odor or any other mark of use. The Brigade Mondaine thus reserves the right to refuse a product considered as not resaleable in the state. The Brigade Mondaine is the only one to be able to note the state of these products and its opinion is authentic. In the case of a refusal of the return for reason of products become unsuitable for the resale, the articles will then be forwarded as is to the customer, only after payment of the forwarding expenses by the customer.

For obvious hygienic reasons, items such as intimate accessories (plugs, strap-ons, strap-on harnesses, sex toys, rosebuds... ), erotic cosmetics, breast jewelry (nippies, pasties...), foot accessories, stockings and pantyhose, body jewelry or intimate jewelry (such as Fungi - Elica D'Oro, Upko), body harnesses, thongs or body jewelry (such as Lucky Cheeks, Couture de Nuit or Bracli) and all "sexual" products are neither returned nor exchanged nor refundable, once the order has been finalized by the Customer.

Creations made by designers at Brigade Mondaine's request (Qrucifix, Una Burke, Crystal Eyez, FIGURE OF A and HERVÉ by Céline Marie) or any other item indicated in the product sheet as such, are neither returned nor exchanged nor refundable, once the order has been finalized by the Customer.

Products in SALE - OUTLET are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable once the order has been finalized by the customer. These products are heavily discounted and automatically sealed before shipment to the customer.

Gift packaging are neither returned nor exchanged. LIMITED EDITION event products cannot be returned or exchanged. SETS Brigade Mondaine cannot be returned or exchanged.

Maintenance instructions :

- Leather products - Daily care: Use a specific leather cleaner.
Clean with a soft cotton cloth and wax, never wash with water.
Avoid prolonged exposure to sun and rain.
Keep away from corrosive, acidic, alkaline or greasy substances.
Prevent contact with rigid or sharp objects.
If damp, allow to air dry or use a hair dryer on moderate heat.
For prolonged storage, apply an anti-bleaching agent, seal in a plastic bag and keep in a cool, dry place.

-Leather products - Precautions: Avoid exposure to water, prolonged humidity, temperatures above 70°C, and rubbing against rough surfaces.

In case of humidity or water infiltration, dry in the shade in a ventilated area before applying wax.
To treat scratches, apply a leather care product, leave to dry, cover with a dry cloth, then use a hair dryer on low heat for 30-60 seconds and wipe dry.
For slight cracks, apply egg white as an adhesive.
In the event of mildew, wipe with a dry cloth, apply a leather care product and avoid water or petrol, which could harden or dry out the leather.

Metal parts: Protect from rain, impact, scratches, grease and corrosive substances.
Clean rust with a dry cloth and polishing powder to maintain shine and prevent oxidation.
Gold and bronze can naturally discolor over time, but this is not a quality defect.

Anal plug with fox fur tail: The tail is made of real fur, which can give off a slight odor and shed a few hairs, which is normal.
Before use, blow dry the tail.
Do not wash fur: clean with a damp towel after use, then air-dry in a well-ventilated area.
