Since 2012, Brigade Mondaine® has brought together a selection of luxury lingerie designers, leather and latex pieces, BDSM and bondage accessories, body jewelry, sex toys, and intimate objects chosen for their aesthetic and quality of craftsmanship. The house is neither a traditional sex shop nor a classic lingerie boutique. It combines an international e-shop with a private boutique located in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, where pieces are presented in a confidential setting.

Two options are available to you. You can order online, with delivery in France, Europe, and internationally, or discover our selection at our private boutique in Paris. During the week, the boutique is accessible with or without an appointment, subject to availability. On Saturdays, it is by appointment only.

Yes. We work directly with the brands and designers we select. Notably, Brigade Mondaine is an official retailer and key account for Bordelle in France since 2012.

Our selection brings together between seventy and one hundred designers of luxury lingerie and BDSM accessories, some of which are exclusively available in our private Paris boutique. Brigade Mondaine is an official Upko retailer and a key partner for Bordelle since 2012, offering one of the brand's most extensive selections in France. For lingerie, generally provide your bust measurement, under-bust measurement, waist measurement, and hip measurement. For certain harnesses, corsets, or bespoke pieces, additional measurements may be required.

When a size is unavailable, sign up for the waiting list on the product page. You will be notified by email if the item comes back in stock. However, some limited collections are not restocked.

In some cases, yes. We can look into a special order, a non-listed size, or a specific request with the designer. Please contact us specifying the brand, model, color, and size you are looking for.

These products are sourced, prepared, or manufactured specifically after your purchase is confirmed. The lead time and specific terms are indicated on the product page. A cancellation request must be sent within 6 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.

The lead time depends on the creator and can be up to 75 working days. It is provided to you before or at the time of ordering.

No. Personalized, made-to-order, or custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

No. The payment is discreet and does not show the name Brigade Mondaine on bank statements.

Orders are processed and shipped only after receipt of payment. Please include your name and order number in the payment reference.

Contact us immediately. An order that has already been prepared, shipped, or processed by a creator cannot always be modified or cancelled. Non-recoverable payment fees may be deducted from a refund requested by the customer.

Yes. The products are carefully protected and wrapped in tissue paper. The package is neutral and the name Brigade Mondaine does not appear on the outer packaging.

For domestic and European shipments, the outer packaging does not reveal the nature of your purchase. For international shipments, a customs declaration may be legally required.

Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM Paris time are generally prepared and shipped the same day. Those confirmed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day, excluding weekends, public holidays, and annual closures.

Standard delivery generally takes 2 to 5 business days. Express delivery takes an average of 24 to 48 hours. These timeframes are indicative and begin after shipment.

Contact us with your order number. We will check the shipment and, if necessary, open an inquiry with the carrier. No reshipment or compensation can be provided before this inquiry is closed.

Return and reshipment costs remain your responsibility if the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal, or an incorrect or incomplete address. If the parcel is returned in good condition, a credit for the products, excluding delivery charges, may be offered upon request.

Do not accept it. Report the issue to the carrier immediately and contact us the same day, or at the latest by the next business day, with photographs of the package and the products.

Yes. Customers residing and receiving deliveries outside the European Union are eligible for billing excluding French VAT. However, local taxes may be required upon arrival.

You have 14 days from receipt to try out the items and request a return. You must contact us before shipping anything in order to obtain our authorization and return instructions. Legal and contractual exclusions relating in particular to hygiene, unsealed, personalized or made-to-order products remain applicable.

Withdrawal form

For reasons of hygiene or due to their specific manufacturing, certain products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This applies in particular to lingerie that has been in contact with intimate areas, unsealed products, erotic accessories, intimate cosmetics, chest and intimate jewelry, stockings and tights, foot accessories, harnesses and body jewelry, BDSM accessories, latex lingerie, sale or Outlet products, limited editions, gift packs, and personalized or custom-made items.

Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code notably excludes from the right of withdrawal goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. This rule applies to intimate products delivered sealed once the seal has been opened. Other exclusions apply to customized items or those made according to the customer's specifications. The applicable conditions are specified on the product pages and in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

It must be intact, unworn, unwashed, odorless, and include its original tags, accessories, instructions, and packaging. Any item showing signs of use or that can no longer be resold will be refused.

Yes, unless there was a preparation error on our part or the product is acknowledged as defective. The return shipment is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

We do not offer exchanges, except in the event of an error attributable to Brigade Mondaine. To obtain a different size, color, or model, you must place a new order and request a return for the original product if it is eligible.

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the refund or credit note is processed within a maximum of 15 days, subject to compliance with the return conditions.

You must indicate "Retour de marchandise" or "Return of goods" on the parcel and on the customs declaration. Any duties, taxes, or fees resulting from an incorrect declaration will be deducted from the refund or credit note.

No. In-store purchases are made following presentation, advice, and the opportunity to try items on. They are firm and final, except in the case of a proven defect or non-conformity covered by legal warranties.

The gift card is valid for one year from its date of purchase.

No. It is non-divisible and must be used in a single transaction. If the order amount is less than its value, the remaining balance is forfeited. If it is greater, you may pay the difference using another payment method.

No. Gift cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

The shop is located at 4 rue du Fer à Moulin, 75005 Paris, near the Jardin des Plantes. It is situated at the back of the inner courtyard, past the large green gate which is open during the day, just to the right of the Haussmann building entrance.

The boutique is open from Monday to Friday, from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. On Saturdays, it is by appointment only.

Yes. Only one visit is scheduled at a time. When you book, the entire boutique is reserved for you, and no other clients are received during your appointment.

Booking is strongly recommended and guarantees you will be seen at your chosen time slot. On weekdays, walk-in visits are only possible if the boutique is free. On Saturdays, access is by appointment only.

During the week, the boutique offers a 30-minute Flash Shopping session and a 90-minute Private Shopping session. On Saturdays, a 120-minute VIP appointment is available by reservation only. Terms, conditions, and available time slots are indicated on the booking page.

Appointments are scheduled for one or two adults. Any visit involving more than two people must be requested in advance via email.

Yes. The boutique has a private fitting room. For hygiene reasons, however, certain intimate items cannot be tried on.

On Saturdays, the boutique is open by VIP appointment only. The visit lasts 120 minutes and requires a €500 deposit, which is fully deducted from your purchases on the day of the appointment.

The VIP Pass is a gift card valid for one year that allows you to book an appointment at the private boutique. It is for single use only, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Saturday VIP appointments require a €500 deposit, which is fully deducted from any purchases made on-site on the day of the visit.

Yes. Tax-free shopping is available in-store for eligible customers residing outside the European Union, on purchases of €100.01 or more including tax. An original passport is required. A commission fee applies.

Customers residing and receiving delivery outside the European Union are billed excluding French VAT, which is approximately 20% less. This deduction is applied automatically during checkout, without any action on your part and without commission fees. Local taxes may, however, be required upon arrival in your country.

In-store, the purchase is paid including VAT and the PABLO tax refund, offered through FAIR TAX FREE, subsequently reimburses this VAT upon presentation of the tax-free form and your passport. Commission fees apply. Online, French VAT is simply not charged, so the deduction is immediate.

Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM are generally prepared the same day and available starting at 2:00 PM. Those placed after 12:00 PM will be available the following business day. Please wait for the email confirming your order is ready before coming to the store. Pick-ups can be made Monday through Friday, from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

The European General Product Safety Regulation, applicable since December 13, 2024, reinforces traceability and information requirements for products sold within the European Union. Product sheets may therefore specify the identity and contact details of the manufacturer, importer, or the responsible person within the European Union, the product's origin, as well as relevant safety warnings or information. Brigade Mondaine transmits the information provided by its brands and creators to ensure the transparency and traceability of its selection.

Always follow the creator's instructions. As a general rule, opt for a delicate hand wash in cold or lukewarm water using a mild detergent. Do not wring the piece and let it dry flat, away from any direct heat source.

Latex must be hand-washed with a suitable product, rinsed, and then dried thoroughly. Keep it away from light, heat, metal, oils, and greasy substances. Use only latex-compatible products for dressing and polishing.

Clean them gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then let them air dry. Avoid immersion, harsh products, heat, and prolonged exposure to the sun. Care products suitable for the type of leather may be used according to the designer's recommendations.

Follow the manufacturer's instructions and check if the product is waterproof. Use a cleaner compatible with its material, rinse it if permitted, dry it thoroughly and store it separately in a clean, dry place.

The choice depends on the usage and the material of the product. A water-based lubricant is generally the most versatile. Always check its compatibility with latex, silicone, and condoms before use.
