The bold aesthetic of her designs is representative of the warrior that slumbers within each of us, struggling against the challenges life throws our way. With the crafts of leatherworking and tailoring having been passed down through five generations of the designer's family, it is no surprise that each item is crafted using traditional hand tools, some of which have also been handed down from generation to generation. Sustainability is at the heart of the creation process, from the choice of materials and design aesthetic to the packaging itself. These art pieces are created to last so that you may pass them on to future generations. Her collections are timeless, elegant, thoughtful, sculptural, and sustainable.

Una Burke designs are worn regularly by icons such as Daphne Guinness, Janet Jackson, Rihanna, and Lady Gagaamong others, and are also commissioned for blockbuster films like The Hunger Games, television series like Star Trek Discovery… Everything is entirely handmade by the designer Úna Burke in her studio in Ireland, using British and Italian full-grain vegetable-tanned cowhide and gold-plated solid brass.
