Inspired by the Japanese word "Nami," meaning wave, this cuff features a wavy pattern, created with traditional symmetrical knots.
Carefully braided with 4mm polyester rope, it stands out for its structured and refined design, enhanced by zinc alloy and brass finishes. Its large carabiner clasp ensures both a secure and aesthetic closure. Available in several colors. Sold individually.
Shibari - Inspiration Figure of A
In Japanese, the word "shibari" means "to tie." The contemporary meaning of the word describes an artistic form of bondage. Originating from the ancient martial art Hojojutsu and the artist Shunga, Seiu Ito's torture, Shibari was popularized in Japanese erotic magazines in the 1950s. Now, it is a form of aesthetic bondage practiced worldwide, also known as Kinbaku.
Traditionally, natural fiber ropes of 5, 6, or 8 mm in diameter are used. The geometric patterns created with the rope beautifully contrast with the natural curves of the body. The binding experience is always a collaboration between the "rigger" and the model, the result of which can explore notions of visual beauty, sexuality, power exchange, relaxation, and bodily challenges.
