San Harness – FIGURE OF A
With its delicate polyester rope braiding, the San harness frames the body with a refined and assertive structure. Two lines cross the chest and outline the silhouette, connected by a central piece adorned with three intertwined metallic rings.
The zinc alloy and brass finishes add a sophisticated touch. Attached at the neck and natural waist with carabiner rings, this model resembles a harness-belt that elegantly hugs curves. Its clasp and chain closure in the back allow for a custom fit.
Shibari - Figure of A Inspiration
In Japanese, the word “shibari” means “to tie.” The contemporary meaning of the word describes an artistic form of bondage. Originating from the ancient martial art Hojojutsu and the artist, Shunga, Seiu Ito’s torture, Shibari was popularized in Japanese erotic magazines of the 1950s. Today, it is an aesthetic form of bondage practiced worldwide, also known as Kinbaku.
Traditionally, lengths of natural fiber rope 5, 6, or 8 mm in diameter are used. The geometric patterns created with the rope beautifully contrast with the natural curves of the body. The experience of tying is always a collaboration between the "rigger" and the model, the result of which can explore notions of visual beauty, sexuality, power exchange, relaxation, and bodily challenges.
