Products personalized or made to order by our designers for Brigade Mondaine (Qrucifix, Una Burke, Crystal Eyez, FIGURE OF A, HERVÉ by Céline Marie, RE:STRICT) or identified as such on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are prepared especially for each client and undergo specific packaging. We recommend trying them on directly in the boutique.

Sale, outlet, or clearance products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. The same applies to limited edition products, gift wrapping, and orders placed with gift cards.

Wash gently by hand, in lukewarm water. Wash with similar colors. Never use bleach. Do not dry clean. Avoid tumble drying. Avoid prolonged contact with light shades: dark colors may bleed. Store your wetlook or colored vinyl items under a plastic cover or in individual protection to prevent any color transfer.
